Dr. Locke is our Public Health Officer and was for Clallam Co. as well. He has a Masters in Public Health, is board certified in Preventive Medicine, and worked as Medical Director for several American Indian tribal clinics, focusing on treatment of addiction. He works to try and sustain in-person education in our four school districts, heads a dedicated team of 11 people to do case investigation and contact tracing, and works closely with Jefferson Healthcare.

We welcome new members who want to support our local economy. The nonprofit Center for Inclusive Entrepreneurship aims to help build equitable community wealth by guiding and supporting unlikely entrepreneurs to overcome personal and systemic barriers to successfully launch and grow businesses.
