Service Above Self
Description: TeleHealth Access for Seniors is a student-run 501(c)(3) nonprofit that provides telehealth- enabled devices for seniors and low- income populations. The Washington chapter consists of both college and high school students, and has been active since May 2020. We will be presenting about our work and the need for support for Washington clinics.

We will break into small groups to enjoy some informal conversation. Please consider sharing something about yourself based on one or both of the following questions: 1. What person or experience most influenced my desire to put service above self in my life? 2. I chose another path and it made all the difference.
Face Mask Challenge Port Townsend has been sewing and distributing free, high quality cloth face masks for Jefferson County since the very beginning of the Covid-19 Pandemic. Libby Wennstrom is one of 3 volunteer admins organizing this effort. - 50+ "masketeers" have sewn and given away over 9,500 masks since March 2020 - Rotary grant funding allowed us to make over 2,400 kid-size masks - handed out to 1,200 students at every school in the county last fall - All our masks are free; any donations or grants go back into more supplies (elastic, toggles, thread, fabric) - We work closely with County Dept. of Emergency Management to get masks where they're most needed
